Jaguar Anti-Slip Modular Upper Supercharger Pulley

Jaguar upper supercharger pulley by Alpha Jag is a high-performance anti-slip modular pulley designed for Jaguar, Land Rover, and Range Rover vehicles equipped with the AJ126 3.0L Supercharged V6 and AJ133 5.0L Supercharged V8 engines. Its reduced-diameter design increases supercharger speed for stronger boost response, while the anti-slip surface helps improve belt grip under higher loads. The modular two-piece construction uses a reusable hub, allowing future pulley-size changes without removing the hub from the supercharger shaft.

The modular design supports future pulley-size changes without replacing the hub, so customers can adapt the setup as their tuning goals change while retaining the same core hardware.

Reducing the diameter of the upper supercharger pulley increases supercharger speed, providing additional boost potential, stronger acceleration and improved response throughout the powerband when paired with the appropriate ECU calibration.

Anti-Slip Pulley Surface

High supercharger loads place increased demand on the drive belt. Our pulley features a specially designed anti-slip surface that increases belt grip and is designed to minimize belt slip, particularly in higher-boost and high-RPM applications.

Improved belt engagement helps maintain more consistent supercharger drive under demanding conditions.

Modular Two-Piece Design

The Alpha Jag upper pulley uses a modular hub-and-pulley design instead of a conventional one-piece pulley.

The hub is installed onto the supercharger shaft and remains in place. If you decide to change pulley size later, you can simply replace the outer pulley while leaving the hub installed.

This allows you to easily change pulley configurations as your vehicle and performance goals evolve without repeatedly removing and reinstalling the supercharger hub.

Alpha Jag does not rely on a one-size-fits-all tuning approach. Our tuning can be customized through vehicle-specific datalogging based on your exact vehicle, fuel, pulley configuration, supporting modifications and performance goals.

Our ECU and TCU tuning can be performed fully remotely from your phone, right in your own driveway, allowing Jaguar and Range Rover owners throughout the United States and internationally to receive a custom Alpha Jag calibration without bringing the vehicle to our facility.
