Jaguar Performance Intake Systems – AJ126, AJ133 & AJ34S

Alpha Jag Jaguar performance intake systems are designed for supercharged Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover applications where increased airflow, filtration quality and correct vehicle fitment all matter.

We offer intake systems for the AJ126 3.0L Supercharged V6, AJ133 5.0L Supercharged V8 and the older AJ34S 4.2L Supercharged V8 used in the Jaguar XKR.

Jaguar Performance Intake: More Air Without Sacrificing Filtration

A performance intake should increase airflow capacity without unnecessarily reducing filtration quality. Alpha Jag uses filter size, filter volume and effective filtration surface area to support the airflow demand of a supercharged engine while retaining the filtration quality we want for a road-driven performance car.

This is especially important on modified vehicles. Higher supercharger speed, pulley upgrades, ECU tuning and increased engine output can substantially increase airflow demand.

Why Air Filter Quality Matters

Engine air filtration is directly related to long-term engine protection. SAE technical paper 970556 discusses how contaminant particle size and concentration entering an engine are related to engine wear, oil consumption and power loss. Read the SAE technical reference.

Oil contamination can also matter on vehicles using a Mass Air Flow sensor. GM service bulletin 04-07-30-013E documents that oil from an aftermarket oil-bath air filter may transfer to the MAF or MAF/IAT sensor and affect its signal, particularly when the filter is excessively over-oiled. AJ126 3.0L Supercharged V6 Performance Intake

Compatible applications include Jaguar F-Type, XE, XF, XJ and F-Pace, plus compatible Range Rover and Range Rover Sport 3.0L Supercharged models.

AJ133 5.0L Supercharged V8 Performance Intake

Compatible applications include Jaguar F-Type, XF/XFR, XJ/XJR, F-Pace SVR, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport/SVR. Compatible 2013+ non-F-Type applications are grouped into one selector option, while Jaguar F-Type and XKR remain separate configurations.

Jaguar XKR 4.2L Supercharged AJ34S Performance Intake

Alpha Jag also offers a dedicated Jaguar XKR 4.2L Supercharged performance intake for the older AJ34S engine platform. This dedicated system is a separate application because its intake layout and fitment differ from the later AJ126 and AJ133 platforms.

Jaguar XKR 5.0L Supercharged Performance Intake

The Jaguar XKR 5.0L Supercharged V8 remains a dedicated intake application with its own vehicle-specific configuration.
